At Prolux, we stand behind the quality of our home essentials and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Prolux account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
